What makes it different (17)
Zakat and lillah money stays separate
Every income and expense head names its fund: general, zakat, lillah boarding or construction. The finance report totals each fund on its own, so restricted money is never mixed with the rest.
Cash, bank, bKash, Nagad and Rocket accounts
Keep a balance for each place the money sits and transfer between them. A transfer moves a balance but is not counted as income or expense.
Monthly fees billed in one click
Bill the whole madrasa for a month at once. Running it twice for the same month never double-bills anyone, and admission, exam and boarding fees can be added per student.
Printable receipts and a dues list
Each payment gets a receipt you can print, and each student has a fee ledger. Cancelling a receipt restores the dues and removes the cash book entry in one step.
Full, half and free students
Admission records whether a student is residential, non-residential or day care, and whether they pay the regular fee, half, or nothing.
Results on the Befaq scale
Enter marks kitab by kitab and the grade follows the Befaqul Madarisil Arabia bands: মুমতাজ 80+, জায়্যিদ জিদ্দান 65+, জায়্যিদ 50+, মাকবুল 40+. A student who fails any one kitab is রাসিব whatever the average.
Publish a result and guardians can see it
A result stays inside the office until you publish it. Once published, it appears on the public portal with the merit list, with no login needed.
Daily attendance for students and ustads
Mark present, absent, late or on leave for a jamaat's students or for ustads and staff, on any date up to today.
Salary sheet and loans (কর্জ)
Pay ustads and staff from a monthly salary sheet. Loans are recorded with their repayments, and stay out of the income and expense totals.
Prayer times for your own mosque
Waqt times are calculated from the madrasa's coordinates (Karachi method, Hanafi Asr), for any date and even offline. Azan and jamaat times are the ones you set, shown with the Hijri date.
Notice board, routines and documents
Post notices and upload routines, syllabi, circulars and certificates. Each one is marked public or internal, so office papers never show up on the portal.
Jamaat and safar register
Keep a register of the tablighi jamaats sent out from the madrasa: three days, chilla, three chilla, salana or masturat, and whether each is scheduled, ongoing or completed.
Live chat between ustads and the office
Direct and group messages, delivered in real time. On hosting that cannot run a websocket server, the chat checks for new messages every five seconds instead.
Permissions set per person
Each account is given view, add, edit and delete rights module by module. Choosing assistant admin, ustad, accountant or staff only pre-fills a starting set, and logins can be protected with two-factor.
Printable reports and an audit log
Summary, finance, dues and attendance reports, ready to print for the committee, plus a log of who changed what.
Installs like an app, keeps no data on the phone
Install it from the browser on a phone or a computer. Only the app's own files are cached; fees, salaries and messages are never stored, so nothing outlives a sign-out on a shared phone.

What does XpressMadrasa cost?
Between ৳15,000 and ৳50,000. Where your madrasa lands in that range depends on the setup you need — tell us what you want and we confirm the figure before any work starts.

The app is in Bangla throughout, because that is the language a madrasa office works in. If you need an English version, we can quote for it as custom work.
Buying and setup
Can a product be customised for my business?
Yes. Each product is a working base, not a locked template. Branding, wording, fields and workflow are configurable from the admin panel, and anything beyond that we build on top of the same codebase — far cheaper than starting from zero.
Do the products work in Bangla?
All of them are bilingual. Bangla and English each get their own URL with reciprocal hreflang, so both languages are indexable — not a client-side toggle that search engines never see.
What does the starting price cover?
The software, installation on your domain and hosting, and 30 days of free support after handover. Custom features or changes beyond what the panel already does are quoted separately, based on what the change involves.
How long does it take to go live?
The software already exists, so most of the time goes into your content, branding and domain setup. A straightforward launch is usually days rather than months — we confirm the timeline once we see your requirement.
Who owns the data and the site?
You do. The site runs on your own domain with your own database, and the admin panel is yours. We can host and maintain it, or hand the whole thing over to your team.
