XpressHospital Hospital Management System & Website

One patient record behind the website, the counter, the lab and the wards

A hospital's public website and its whole back office on one database. The desk registers and bills, the lab releases reports, the pharmacy dispenses and the wards admit and discharge, all against one permanent record per patient. Thirty-eight modules are built, and a hospital turns on only the ones it runs. Bangla and English throughout. An optional AI assistant answers patients and takes serials by chat or by voice.

  • 38 modules — switch on only what you run
  • One UHID per patient, across every visit
  • Dues, referral commission and doctor share
  • Patient portal for reports, prescriptions and bills

Starts from৳35,000· installation and 30 days support included

Features

What makes it different (18)

1

Modules you switch on, not menus you ignore

Every feature is a module. Switch one off and its screens, its sidebar section and its permissions disappear with it, so a diagnostic centre running four modules sees four, not twenty dead menu items. Dependencies follow both ways: turning Pharmacy on brings Inventory with it. Patients, billing and reports cannot be switched off.

2

A patient is a person, not a booking

Every visit, bill, prescription and report points at one permanent UHID. The same person coming back three times is one record with three visits, so the desk can see what they were treated for last time and what they still owe.

3

No ID card demanded at the desk

NID, birth registration and the DGHS Health ID are all optional. Duplicates are caught on the phone number, stored in one format so 01712345678 at one counter finds +8801712345678 from another. Any that slip through are merged, and the old UHID keeps working.

4

Serials, not clock slots

The patient is the 12th of the evening, and the time shown is only an estimate. A booking is a promise and a visit is what happened: nothing is charged or counted against a serial that was never kept, so the day's attendance and the doctor's share stay honest.

5

Billing that keeps dues in view

Part payment is normal, so dues have their own register — the report an owner opens first. VAT is charged after discount, discounts are capped per service or category, and rounding sits on its own line so the items always add up to what was collected.

6

A receipt is never deleted

A mistake is corrected by a reversal that points back at the original, so the register shows what happened and what was done about it. Every bill, receipt and UHID carries a branch-prefixed number that is never reused, even after restoring a backup.

7

Referral commission and doctor fee sharing

Rates per service and per category, frozen onto the bill line, so a rate changed next month never moves a payout already earned. An approved settlement claims its lines so they cannot be paid twice, and source tax is withheld from the gross.

8

bKash and Nagad, verified by a human

Patients pay to the hospital's own number and quote the transaction ID. A typed TrxID is evidence, not proof, so it stays out of the day's takings until someone has seen the money land in the hospital's app.

9

Lab and radiology reports that cannot be quietly changed

Issuing the bill raises the lab order. Results are flagged low, normal or critical against a reference range that follows the patient's sex. A report has to be verified before it is released, and once released it cannot be edited.

10

Pharmacy and store by batch and expiry

The soonest expiry goes out first, expired stock is never issued and stock cannot go negative. Dispensing bills the patient and takes the stock in one step, a return credits the bill and restocks, and every movement is written to a ledger.

11

Admission, beds and discharge

A live board of wards, cabins and ICU beds. Admitting a patient takes the bed and opens one bill, a bed still being cleaned refuses a patient, transfers are recorded, and discharge frees the bed for cleaning without closing the bill.

12

Corporate and panel patients

A panel over its credit limit, or with a lapsed contract, cannot take new bills. The period's bills are collected into one monthly invoice, a bill can never land on two invoices, and the ledger shows what each panel owes.

13

Everything else a hospital runs

Emergency, operation theatre, nursing and vitals, dialysis, physiotherapy, dental, vaccination, blood bank, purchase and suppliers, accounts, staff and HR, duty roster, payroll, ambulance, canteen, assets and biomedical equipment, housekeeping and laundry, telemedicine and marketing.

14

A patient portal that only shows the patient's own record

Patients sign in with a mobile number or an email in one box, and see their appointments, prescriptions, released reports, bills and dues. When the desk opens an account, staff never choose the password — a one-time link is texted to the patient's own number.

15

Branches, DGHS licence and VAT on the receipt

Each branch keeps its own address, receipt header and BIN, so a receipt from Uttara carries Uttara's registration. The DGHS licence expiry warns 90 days ahead, roughly how long a renewal takes. On a single-site install the branch selector simply hides.

16

Roles that match the floor

Reception can register, book, bill and take money, but cannot delete a patient, void a bill or change a price. Doctors prescribe but touch nothing about money, nurses record care, and accountants see every register without altering the clinical record. Two-step sign-in protects the panel.

17

A website built for what patients search

A page for every department, doctor, specialty and branch, and a public price list for tests — the 'CBC koto taka' search a diagnostic site wins or loses. Bangla at the root and English at /en, each indexable, with serial booking and SMS reminders that never double-send.

18

An AI assistant that answers and books (add-on)

Patients ask about departments, doctors, visiting hours and test prices in Bangla or English, and the answers come from the hospital's own data, never a guess. It takes a serial by chat or by live voice, and shows the details for the patient to confirm before anything is booked. It is set up not to give medical advice.

About XpressHospital

Do we have to use all 38 modules?

No. You switch on only what your hospital or diagnostic centre runs, and a module that is off has no screens, no menu and no permissions. Patients, billing and reports are always on, because a hospital that cannot bill is not running.

How is XpressHospital different from XpressDoctor?

XpressDoctor is one doctor's website and serial desk. XpressHospital is for an institution: many doctors and departments, a patient registry with UHID, billing with dues, lab, pharmacy, admission and beds, and a patient portal.

Can it handle referral commission and doctor fee sharing?

Yes. Rates are set per service and per category and frozen onto each bill line, so changing a rate later never changes a payout already earned. Commission and doctor share are settled separately, and a settled line cannot be paid twice.

Can we run more than one branch?

Yes. Each branch has its own address, DGHS licence, BIN, receipt header, prices and doctor fees, and its code prefixes every number it issues. With a single branch, the branch selector stays out of the way.

Does the AI assistant give medical advice?

No. It answers questions about departments, doctors, hours and prices from the hospital's own data and takes serials, and it is set up not to give medical advice. It is an optional add-on from ৳5,000, running on your own OpenAI key.

Buying and setup

Can a product be customised for my business?

Yes. Each product is a working base, not a locked template. Branding, wording, fields and workflow are configurable from the admin panel, and anything beyond that we build on top of the same codebase — far cheaper than starting from zero.

Do the products work in Bangla?

All of them are bilingual. Bangla and English each get their own URL with reciprocal hreflang, so both languages are indexable — not a client-side toggle that search engines never see.

What does the starting price cover?

The software, installation on your domain and hosting, and 30 days of free support after handover. Custom features or changes beyond what the panel already does are quoted separately, based on what the change involves.

How long does it take to go live?

The software already exists, so most of the time goes into your content, branding and domain setup. A straightforward launch is usually days rather than months — we confirm the timeline once we see your requirement.

Who owns the data and the site?

You do. The site runs on your own domain with your own database, and the admin panel is yours. We can host and maintain it, or hand the whole thing over to your team.

Can I see a product before deciding?

Every product has a live site you can open and use exactly as a real visitor would. To see the admin panel, message us and we will walk you through it on a call.
