XpressDoctor Doctor Website & Appointment System

A doctor's own website, with serials patients can take from their phone

  • Serials, not clock slots
  • Multiple chambers, each with its own fee ladder
  • bKash / Nagad advance, verified at the desk
  • SMS reminders that never double-send

Taking a serial takes seconds

The patient picks a chamber and a day, sees the fee and how many serials are left in that session, and gets the serial number before confirming. Name and mobile number come next — that is the whole form.

  • Fee shown against each chamber, before booking
  • How many serials are left in the session
  • The serial number appears before you confirm
  • The time is an estimate, and the page says so
Chamber, day, session — then the serial number
02

Confirmed, with a receipt to keep

The moment it is booked, the patient has the serial number, the day, the chamber and room number, and an appointment ID to find it again with. The receipt downloads or prints, and the fee can be paid now or at the chamber.

  • An appointment ID that finds the serial later, with the mobile number
  • A receipt to download or print
  • Pay the fee in advance, or at the chamber
  • An SMS confirms it, and says when to arrive

Built for the phone in the patient's hand

Most patients will open the site on a phone. The serial button sits in the middle of the bottom tab bar, every chamber and specialty is one tap away in the menu, and call and WhatsApp stay on screen.

An AI assistant that answers and books

Patients ask about chambers, hours and fees in Bangla or English, and every answer comes from the site's own data. It takes a serial by chat or over a live voice call, and the patient checks the details before anything is booked.

  • Chat or live voice — the patient can interrupt mid-sentence
  • Answers from your chambers, hours and fees, never a guess
  • Set up not to give medical advice
  • Runs on your own OpenAI key, with daily limits you set

One console for the doctor and the desk

Serials, chambers, payments and reports live in one admin panel, so the desk always knows who is next. The assistant gets the access the job needs, and the doctor's decisions stay with the doctor.

  • Today's serial list for every chamber
  • Advance payments count only after the desk verifies them
  • Daily and monthly reports, with CSV export
  • Two-step sign-in and a desk role with firm limits

Features

What makes it different (16)

1

Serials, not clock slots

The patient is the 12th of the evening, not the 6:45 patient. The serial number is what counts; the time shown is a courtesy estimate, so a session running late never invalidates a booking.

2

Two fields to book

A name and a mobile number. Everything else sits behind a 'more details' toggle, because every extra mandatory box loses patients who would otherwise have come.

3

No patient login anywhere

The mobile number they booked with is the only credential, and every personal page checks it before it opens.

4

No two patients get the same number

The session is locked before the highest serial is read, with a database index as the backstop. A cancelled serial frees its place but never its number — reissuing #12 would put two patients in the room both believing they are twelfth.

5

The Bangladeshi fee ladder

New patient, follow-up and report-only, set per chamber. The rung is resolved from the patient's own history at booking time, not from what they ticked — which can only ever move the price down.

6

Chambers, sessions and closures

Weekly sittings, one-off extra sittings that take real serials rather than a notice nobody can book against, and closures that apply to one chamber or to every chamber at once.

7

Advance payment, verified by a human

The doctor's own bKash, Nagad or bank details. A typed transaction ID is evidence, not proof, so it waits in pending verification and nothing counts in the day's takings until the desk agrees.

8

Online consultation without hosting video

The desk pastes a Meet or Zoom link, or marks it a WhatsApp call to the number already given. The join button opens in a window around the appointment and stays up for the rest of the day, so a doctor running late never locks the patient out.

9

Reminders that never double-send

SMS goes out 24 hours and 2 hours before, logged per offset — so running the job twice, or catching up after downtime, sends a patient nothing they have already received. Written in the language they booked in.

10

Patients bring their history

Old prescriptions and reports are uploaded against the serial before the visit, so the doctor is not reading them for the first time in the room.

11

A desk role that stops where it should

The assistant can take serials, move them through their statuses and verify payments. They cannot delete a serial, change a fee, alter the sitting hours or approve a review — those are the doctor's decisions, not the desk's.

12

Found as a doctor, not as a website

Published as a Physician entity with BMDC registration, degrees, real sitting hours, a rating from approved reviews and a bookable action. Chambers reference the doctor instead of competing as separate businesses.

13

Prescriptions the patient can download

The doctor issues a typed prescription as a PDF, or uploads a photo of a handwritten one. The patient downloads it from their serial page, behind the same mobile-number check — it never sits at a public link.

14

Reports for the end of the day, or the month

Serials, completed visits, no-shows and money collected, per chamber and per day, for any date range. Every serial in that range exports as a CSV for the accountant.

15

Two-step sign-in for the admin panel

An authenticator app or an emailed code on top of the password, so a leaked password alone never opens patient records.

16

An AI assistant that answers and books (add-on)

Patients ask about chambers, hours and fees in Bangla or English, and the answers come from the site's own data, never a guess. It takes a serial by chat or by voice — a live call the patient can interrupt mid-sentence — and shows the details for the patient to confirm before anything is booked. It is set up not to give medical advice.

What's included

  • Home with the serial form, and a full profile — degrees, posts held, bio
  • A page per chamber with its own hours, fees and serial form
  • Specialty pages for each department, with its conditions and services
  • One fee table across every chamber
  • Track, cancel and payment pages for patients
  • Moderated reviews, a health blog, contact and FAQ
  • A downloadable prescription for each serial, behind the patient's mobile number
  • With the add-on: an AI assistant on every page, by chat and live voice

What you control

  • Chambers, weekly sessions, extra sittings and days off
  • Fees per chamber, and the doctor's own bKash and Nagad numbers

  • Patient documents, and a record of every SMS sent and whether it landed
  • Reviews, held back until you approve them
  • Branding, hero copy, contact details and SEO defaults
  • Homepage sections, the announcement strip and the phone's bottom tab bar
  • File storage on your own S3 or DigitalOcean Spaces, error alerts, and GA4, Tag Manager and Meta Pixel

Ask on WhatsApp

About XpressDoctor

Do patients need an account to take a serial?

No. A name and a mobile number is a booking. That same number lets the patient track, cancel or pay for the serial later and download their prescription — there is no password anywhere.

Can one doctor run several chambers with different fees?

Yes. Each chamber has its own weekly sessions, extra sittings, days off and fee ladder — new patient, follow-up and report-only. A closure can apply to one chamber or to all of them at once.

How does advance payment by bKash or Nagad work?

Patients pay to the doctor's own bKash, Nagad or bank account and enter the transaction ID. It stays pending until the desk checks it, and nothing counts in the day's takings before that.

Can patients download their prescription?

Yes. The doctor issues a typed prescription as a PDF or uploads a photo of a handwritten one, and the patient downloads it from their serial page after the same mobile-number check. It never sits at a public link.

Does the AI assistant give medical advice?

No. It answers questions about chambers, hours and fees from the site's own data and takes serials, and it is set up not to give medical advice. It is an optional add-on from ৳5,000, running on your own OpenAI key.

Will the doctor's site show up on Google?

The site is published as a Physician with BMDC registration, degrees, real sitting hours and a rating from approved reviews, and both the Bangla and English pages are indexable. That is what search engines need to show the doctor; where it ranks still depends on your content and competition.

Buying and setup

Can a product be customised for my business?

Yes. Each product is a working base, not a locked template. Branding, wording, fields and workflow are configurable from the admin panel, and anything beyond that we build on top of the same codebase — far cheaper than starting from zero.

Do the products work in Bangla?

All of them are bilingual. Bangla and English each get their own URL with reciprocal hreflang, so both languages are indexable — not a client-side toggle that search engines never see.

What does the starting price cover?

The software, installation on your domain and hosting, and 30 days of free support after handover. Custom features or changes beyond what the panel already does are quoted separately, based on what the change involves.

How long does it take to go live?

The software already exists, so most of the time goes into your content, branding and domain setup. A straightforward launch is usually days rather than months — we confirm the timeline once we see your requirement.

Who owns the data and the site?

You do. The site runs on your own domain with your own database, and the admin panel is yours. We can host and maintain it, or hand the whole thing over to your team.

Can I see a product before deciding?

Every product has a live site you can open and use exactly as a real visitor would. To see the admin panel, message us and we will walk you through it on a call.
