XpressFoundation Foundation & NGO Management Platform

A foundation's website, donations and accounts — published from the same ledger

Everything a foundation or NGO runs on, in one system: a public website in Bangla and English, a separate role-based admin panel, and one shared database behind both. Donations, funds, projects, expenses, volunteers, beneficiaries, blood donors and staff live in one place — and what the website publishes is read from those records, not typed in a second time.

  • Online donations with QR-verified receipts
  • Transparency figures calculated from the ledger
  • Blood-donor search down to union level
  • Bangla and English, edited from the admin

Starts from৳40,000· installation and 30 days support included

Features

What makes it different (11)

1

Donations online and offline

Visitors donate to a specific fund through SSLCommerz, or send money to the bKash, Nagad and Rocket numbers you list. Staff record offline gifts in the admin, so every donation lands in the same ledger.

2

Receipts anyone can verify

Every donation gets a PDF receipt in Bangla or English, and every expense a voucher — each with a QR code that carries the reference and amount, so it can be checked without logging in.

3

Transparency that matches the accounts

The income and expense breakdown on the homepage is calculated from the ledger — each fund's share of what was collected, and each category's share of the expenses marked public. There is deliberately no field to type those percentages in.

4

Funds, projects and campaigns

Separate funds — a zakat fund stays apart from general donations — plus projects, programs, campaigns and activities, each with a target amount and a progress bar you can show or hide.

5

An expense ledger you control

Expenses by category, tied to a fund or project, with a switch on each one that decides whether it counts toward the public breakdown.

6

A blood-donor register that finds someone nearby

Search by blood group and by division, district, upazila and union — or sort by distance from where the visitor is. Donors set when they can be reached: any time, day, night or emergencies only.

7

Volunteers and beneficiaries apply online

People apply from their own account — to volunteer part-time, full-time or on weekends, or to ask for medical, education, food or financial support — and staff approve or reject each one in the admin.

8

Staff records and QR ID cards

Employees with departments and designations, and ID cards for staff and volunteers whose QR code opens a public verification page — at a URL that stays fixed, so a printed badge never needs reprinting.

9

A website the foundation edits itself

Site copy, homepage sections, pages, impact numbers, milestones, team, testimonials and FAQ — all bilingual, sortable and restorable. Saving clears the site's cache, so a change is live on the next visit, without a developer.

10

Two languages, each with its own URL

English at the root and Bangla under /bn, with hreflang on every page, a sitemap and a language switcher that stays on the same page. A missing translation falls back to English instead of showing blank.

11

Roles, audit logs and exports

Super admin, admin, accountant and employee roles. Donations, expenses, funds, transactions and users each keep an audit log of who changed what, and a super admin can export donations, expenses, transactions, donors, volunteers, beneficiaries and blood donors.

About XpressFoundation

Can donors pay with bKash or Nagad?

Yes. Online payments go through SSLCommerz, and you can also publish your bKash, Nagad and Rocket numbers for direct transfers. Staff record those in the admin, so they appear in the same ledger and get the same receipts.

Can we show donors how the money is spent?

Yes — that is what the transparency section is for. It is calculated from your recorded donations and expenses, and you decide expense by expense which ones count toward what the public sees.

Can zakat be kept separate from other donations?

Yes. Every fund is tracked on its own, so a zakat fund's collections and spending never mix with general donations — the donor picks the fund when they give.

Buying and setup

Can a product be customised for my business?

Yes. Each product is a working base, not a locked template. Branding, wording, fields and workflow are configurable from the admin panel, and anything beyond that we build on top of the same codebase — far cheaper than starting from zero.

Do the products work in Bangla?

All of them are bilingual. Bangla and English each get their own URL with reciprocal hreflang, so both languages are indexable — not a client-side toggle that search engines never see.

What does the starting price cover?

The software, installation on your domain and hosting, and 30 days of free support after handover. Custom features or changes beyond what the panel already does are quoted separately, based on what the change involves.

How long does it take to go live?

The software already exists, so most of the time goes into your content, branding and domain setup. A straightforward launch is usually days rather than months — we confirm the timeline once we see your requirement.

Who owns the data and the site?

You do. The site runs on your own domain with your own database, and the admin panel is yours. We can host and maintain it, or hand the whole thing over to your team.

Can I see a product before deciding?

Every product has a live site you can open and use exactly as a real visitor would. To see the admin panel, message us and we will walk you through it on a call.
