How commission works
Commission is calculated on the net project value — the amount we actually receive from the client, after VAT and government charges, payment gateway fees, and any third-party licences or hosting bought specifically for that project.
A few things worth knowing up front:
- Commission is paid after the client's money reaches our account, not when the invoice is issued.
- Larger projects carry a lower percentage. The work to close a 10-lakh project is similar to a 3-lakh one, so the rate steps down as the value goes up.
- Repeat work from a client you introduced earns half the slab rate. The first introduction is yours; after that, the client stays because of our delivery.
- Maintenance and subscription revenue earns a smaller rate for the first 12 months.
- Tax is deducted at source as required by law, and you get the certificate.

Who we are looking for
This works best if you already talk to business owners — you sell something else to SMEs, you run an agency, you handle IT procurement, or you simply know a lot of people who run companies.
You don't need a technical background. You don't need to explain how the software works — that's what we do in the meeting.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to invest any money?
No. There is no fee, deposit or stock purchase at any stage. If anyone asks you for money to become an agent, it isn't us.
Am I an employee of Ms IT Xpress?
No. Agents work on commission as independent representatives. There is no fixed pay, no set hours and no employment relationship.
When do I get paid?
Within 15 working days of the end of the month in which the client's payment cleared. Milestone payments are commissioned proportionally as each one is realised.
What if two agents approach the same client?
The lead register decides it. Whoever registered the client first and got it confirmed holds the attribution for 90 days. That's why registering before you approach matters.
Can I use the Ms IT Xpress name and logo?
Only if your tier allows it, and only after we issue a written brand licence for a specific address. The licence is renewed yearly and can be withdrawn.
Do I need my own office?
Not for most tiers. You only need an office if you want a branded location, which is limited to the senior tiers.
What happens if I stop working with you?
You give 30 days' notice. Commission keeps coming on payments from your existing projects for a period after you leave — up to six months, depending on your tier.
