XpressHospital: One Patient Record Behind the Website, Counter, Lab and Wards
In many hospitals the website is one system, the billing counter another, the lab a third, and the pharmacy keeps its own. The same patient is typed in four times, and a due from the last visit is invisible at the next one. XpressHospital puts the public website and the whole back office on one database.
One UHID per patient
Every patient gets one permanent ID across every visit. The desk registers and bills, the lab releases reports, the pharmacy dispenses and the wards admit and discharge, all against that one record. Dues, referral commission and doctor share are tracked in the same place.
38 modules, switched on as needed
A diagnostic centre does not need IPD, and a small clinic may not run a pharmacy. Thirty-eight modules are built, from OPD serials and billing with dues to the lab, pharmacy and beds, and each hospital turns on only what it uses from Settings. Screens stay uncluttered for staff.

What the hospital controls
Branches with their licence and receipt header, departments, doctors and their fees at each branch, service prices with discount limits, referral and doctor share rates, corporate panels and credit limits, and staff roles with two-step sign-in. All of it is changed from the admin panel without calling us.

XpressHospital starts from ৳35,000, with free installation and 30 days of free support. An AI assistant by chat and live voice is an optional add-on from ৳5,000; it runs on your own OpenAI key, so usage is billed by OpenAI directly. It suits private hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres.
