Patients Search Google First, Then Come to the Chamber

Around six in the evening, the chamber assistant's phone doesn't stop. "Any serials left?" "What time does the doctor sit today?" "What's the fee for a new patient?" The same three questions, over and over. When the line is busy, plenty of people never call back.
There is a step before that call which is easy to miss. A new patient usually types the doctor's name and area into Google first. If what comes up is an old directory listing with a wrong number, they move on to the next doctor whose details are clear.
The problem sits in three places
- Serials by phone: the assistant's whole evening goes into it, and mistakes creep in.
- Bookings by clock time: once the session runs late, the time the patient was given no longer means anything.
- Information online: chambers, hours and fees are not in one place anyone can find.
What XpressDoctor is
XpressDoctor is a doctor's own website and serial system in one. It runs on your own domain, under your name and branding, and the admin panel is yours from the first day.
For the patient
- A serial from the phone with just a name and mobile number. No account to open, no password to remember.
- They get a serial number, say the 12th of the evening. An estimated time sits beside it, but a late session never cancels the booking.
- The advance fee can be paid by bKash or Nagad, straight to the doctor's own number.
- An SMS reminder goes out 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit, and a patient never gets the same message twice.
- The whole site works in Bangla and English, and the reminder arrives in the language the patient booked in.
For the doctor and the desk
- Several chambers, each with its own sitting hours and its own fees for new patients, follow-ups and report-only visits. The right fee is picked from the patient's own visit history.
- Days off and one-off extra sittings are set from the panel, for one chamber or all of them at once.
- A transaction ID typed by the patient doesn't count as money received. It waits until the desk checks it.
- No two patients ever get the same serial number. A cancellation frees the place, but that number is not handed out again.
Showing up on Google as a doctor
Having a website doesn't tell Google it belongs to a doctor. XpressDoctor lays out the BMDC registration, degrees, real sitting hours and the rating from approved reviews in a way Google reads as a physician's profile. Chambers point back to the doctor instead of showing up as separate businesses.
No one can promise a ranking. But when someone searches your name, the chance that the correct information comes up first goes up a lot.
What it costs
The website and serial system start from ৳20,000. Installation on your domain and hosting, and 30 days of support after handover, are included. If your chamber needs something extra, we quote that change separately.
