Many analysers export a standard output we can read. Send us the make and model list and we'll tell you which ones can be connected and which need manual entry.
We have hundreds of test rates. Do we enter them all?
Send them in a spreadsheet and we import them, including packages and referral rates. Setting these up is usually the longest part of go-live, so we start it early.
Can patients get reports on WhatsApp?
Yes — a secure link by SMS or WhatsApp once the report is verified. We don't send the report itself as a file, so it can't be forwarded around by accident.
