Questions we get asked
We work with 40 sub-agents. Can they use it without training?
The agent panel is deliberately small — search, book, pay, check status. Most agents pick it up on their own, and your office keeps the full system.
Can it connect to GDS or airline systems?
Where an API is available, yes. Tell us which supplier or consolidator you use and we'll confirm what's possible before quoting — we don't promise an integration we haven't checked.
Hajj files need government submissions. Does that fit?
We model the stages you actually follow and keep them configurable, because the process changes year to year. The system tracks where each pilgrim stands; it doesn't replace the official portal.
