Questions we get asked
Can donors give monthly automatically?
Yes, recurring giving is supported where the gateway allows it. Where it doesn't, we send a scheduled reminder with a one-tap payment link, which works well for most local donors.
We're a small committee. Is this too much system for us?
Start with two modules — donation collection and member dues. That alone removes most of the manual register work. Project and beneficiary tracking can come later when you need it.
Can we show donors where the money went?
That's the point of the transparency page. You choose what's public — usually total collected, spent per project and remaining balance — and it updates from the same entries your accounts team already makes.
