Questions we get asked
We already use delivery apps. Why do we need our own ordering system?
Keep both. Marketplace apps bring new customers, but they take a commission on every order and the customer stays theirs. Your own app costs nothing per order and lets you bring regular customers back with an offer.
Will it work if the internet goes down during dinner?
The counter keeps taking orders and printing bills offline, then syncs when the line returns. A restaurant can't stop billing because of a router.
We have four branches. Can the owner see everything from one place?
Yes. Each branch runs its own counter, but sales, stock and shift closing roll up to one owner dashboard with branch-wise comparison.
