Questions we get asked
Our members aren't very tech-friendly. Will they use an app?
The app is for those who will. Everyone else still gets SMS notices and can pay dues at the office, which records it the same way. Nobody is forced into the app to stay a member.
Can we collect subscriptions online?
Yes — bKash, Nagad or card through a gateway, with an automatic receipt. Cash paid at the office is entered by an admin and appears in the same ledger.
We already have a member list in Excel. Can it be imported?
Yes. We map your columns and import before launch so the directory isn't empty on day one. Duplicates and missing phone numbers get flagged for you to fix.
