Questions we get asked
Our accountant is used to a manual khata. Will he manage?
The voucher screens follow the same logic as a manual khata — debit, credit, narration. Most accountants are comfortable within a week, and we train on your own data rather than a demo.
Can it handle VAT the way NBR wants?
We build VAT-ready invoicing and the summary reports your accountant files with. Rules change, so rates and formats stay configurable instead of being hard-coded.
We already use accounting software but dislike it. Can data be moved?
Usually yes. If it exports to Excel or CSV, we migrate the chart of accounts, opening balances, customers and stock before go-live so you don't start from zero.
