Become an Authorized Agent: Introduce Clients, Earn Commission

Business owners in Bangladesh rarely pick a software company from an ad. They pick on someone's word: a consultant, their accountant, the person who supplies computers and printers to the office. One recommendation from someone they trust does more than a month of boosted posts.

If you are that person, the agent program is for you. When someone you know needs a website, mobile app, custom software, an AI solution, SaaS or business software, introduce them to Ms IT Xpress. When the project goes ahead and the client pays, you earn commission.

What you actually do

Just the introduction. You register the prospective client as a lead in your portal, and our team takes it from there. Understanding the requirement, the quotation, development, delivery and support are all on us.

You don't need to explain how the software works, and you don't negotiate price. In fact, you shouldn't promise a price or a timeline at all. Every quotation comes from our office, which also keeps your word good with the client.

How commission is calculated

Commission is based on the net project value: what we actually receive from the client, minus VAT and government charges, payment gateway fees, and any third-party licences or hosting bought for that project.

• It's paid after the client's money reaches our account, not when the invoice goes out. Milestone payments earn commission as each one comes in.
• Payout is within 15 working days after the end of the month the payment cleared.
• Bigger projects carry a lower percentage. The rate steps down as the project value goes up.
• If a client you introduced comes back with another project, that one earns half the rate.
• Tax is deducted at source as the law requires, and you get the certificate.

The exact rate depends on your tier. Tiers range from someone who passes us the occasional name to someone working full-time with their own office. We set yours when you're approved.

Your own portal

You get a portal login the day you're approved. Register leads, follow each one's status, see your commission add up and download your agreement, all in one place. No need to call us to ask where a client stands.

Register a lead before you approach the client. If two agents go to the same client, the one who registered first and got it confirmed keeps that client for 90 days.

Be clear on what an agent is

Agents are independent, commission-based representatives. There's no fixed monthly pay, no set hours, and you aren't an employee of the company. An agent also can't sign contracts, give discounts or collect money from a client. Every payment goes to the company's official bank account.

• We call or message you on WhatsApp, usually within two working days.
• Once your tier is set, you get your agreement and portal login.
• Register your first lead in the portal.
