Amazon FBA Wholesale from Bangladesh: How the Model Works

6 min read

Most people who hear "Amazon business" imagine creating a product, a brand and a listing from nothing. Wholesale is a different route. You buy products that already sell on Amazon, from the brand or an authorised distributor, and sell them on the existing listing.

How it differs from private label

With private label you carry the full risk of a new product: design, manufacturing, reviews and advertising. With wholesale the demand already exists, and your job is to find products with a healthy margin and get permission to sell them. The trade-off is that you share the listing with other sellers and the brand decides who gets in.

The steps

  • Research products on competition, Buy Box share, profit and ROI
  • Find the brand or an authorised supplier
  • Apply to the brand for approval
  • Place the first order and keep the invoice
  • Send stock to Amazon's warehouse; Amazon stores, packs and ships it

Where beginners lose money

  • Buying a product because it sells well, without checking how many sellers share it
  • Forgetting Amazon's fees and shipping when calculating profit
  • Buying from a source that cannot give a proper invoice
  • Ordering too much stock on the first try

What it needs from you

A seller account, working capital for stock, and patience. Brands make the final approval decision, so nobody can promise it. This is a real trading business with real risk, not a passive income scheme.

Our Amazon FBA Wholesale service is done-for-you guidance through the whole setup: product and brand research, supplier identification, approval, invoice and reseller certificate guidance, and ongoing one-on-one mentorship on Google Meet.
