A Real Estate Website That Brings Enquiries, Not Just Visitors
Buying a flat is the largest purchase most families ever make. They compare projects for months, often from abroad, and they are suspicious for good reason. A website with three rendered images and a phone number tells them nothing they need.
What a buyer wants to see
- Exact location on a map, with nearby roads, schools and hospitals
- Floor plans with sizes, not only a 3D picture
- Which units are available, and which are sold
- Construction progress with dated photos
- Handover date and payment schedule
- Completed projects, with real photos and addresses
One page per project
People search for "flat in Bashundhara" or "1,400 sq ft apartment Uttara", not for your company name. Each project needs its own page with the area name, sizes and details written as text. That page is what Google can show for those searches.
Trust is the product
Show the company's registration and memberships, approvals for the project where you can, and the faces of the people who run it. Progress photos updated every month do more than any slogan. Never show a rendered image as if it were a photograph.
Where enquiries go to die
A form submission that lands in an inbox nobody checks is a lost sale. Every enquiry should carry the project it came from, reach a named salesperson at once, and stay on a list with its follow-up date. For buyers abroad, a WhatsApp button and a way to book a video call matter more than an office address.
We build property websites where the sales team updates units, prices and progress photos from an admin panel, so the site stays true without calling a developer.
